Refining Excellence
Too Priority Oil & Gas operates in partnership with major refineries in Russia and China, managing approximately 500,000 barrels per day in processing capacity. Our company oversees all operations, product delivery, bio and intermediate feedstock, and gas logistics. We operate three competitive inland refineries with an annual capacity of 3.8 million tonnes across Kazakhstan and China.

In collaboration with the Kazakhstan Academy of Sciences' Institute for Issues of Hydrocarbon Processing, we are continuously updating our catalytic cracking capabilities. Our partnership with the Kazakhstan Institute of Catalysis has led to breakthrough developments in hydro-process catalysts, enabling the production of sulfur-free products that meet and exceed Euro-5 specifications.
